Angela is working for you and not the seller from the very beginning. Her goal is to get you the house you want and not her commision like other real estate places I have worked with. She answered all our questions and helped with identifying pros and cons for each sale. I used Angela for two purchases. One was a high end purchase ad another a budget buy for my son as a starter home. There was no difference in the hard work or professionalism she showed the wife and I and my son with his home. If you're looking for "your" realtor you cant possibly do better than Angela!! Six years ago we were looking to move from queens to Monroe and Angela came highly reccomended by a mutual aquantance. She worked with my wife and I on finding our first home. We must've seen over 30 properties and then saw the eventual purchased property four times before making an offer. The housing market was a little different back then. Angela worked with us throughout the search always staying positive, professional and most importantly of all always on and by our side. We bought the house and while we lost touch with our mutual aquantance Angela became and remained a friend. When it was time for us to sell our first home we once again turned to Angela. She worked with us on getting our property ready for showings, diligently worked on getting the right comps and was spot on with assessing our homes value. We only needed to show the house for one wekend and received multiple offers. Angela worked with us to ensure we selected the one that worked best for us. Regardless of Covid or any other obstacles that came along over the next few months as we worked towards our closing Angela was always available, made time for us and was thorough with the paperwork not only ours but the buyers side as well (even if they werent her clients). Now thats dedication. Bottom line if you're tired of seeing realtor after realtor as you navigate the realestate apps I highly suggest you get yourself "your" realtor and put her to work for you. You will not be disappointed.

She fought hard to get the price we asked and we got a higher price. Her estimate was higher than other realtors and she was spot on for the market. The marketing brochure that she made for our home was top notch. She hired a professional photographer to take beautiful photos of our home for online use and for the fliers. We were so impressed with Angela that we have recommended her to several friends. Angela is who you should call if you are buying or selling a home!
